About Me

Welcome! I’m Lauren, and I celebrate animals through watercolor, inspired by my dog, Shiloh, who passed in January 2025. She was a loving, spirited “pitmatian” who taught me about unconditional love and embracing my art dreams.

Based in Alberta, Canada, it’s my joy to paint the amazing animal souls in our lives, whether they’re in nature, our homes, or waiting across the rainbow bridge.

Through my paintings, I aim to create a sense of connection, happiness, and appreciation for the animals who share our world. It’s important to me to support our environment by reducing waste and using eco-friendly materials.

All paintings are created on quality 100% cotton paper with the Earth-Friendly DaVinci watercolor palette, which is free from heavy metals and animal products. Shipping materials come from repurposed packaging whenever possible.
